Dita: “I’ll check them with you. We have used the old template since Monday, so we should compare both versions.” Rani: “Thank you. I’m going to make the date easier to find. We are meeting the supervisor at four, aren’t we?” Dita: “Yes. The meeting is arranged. If the room is unavailable, we will ask for another approved space.”
Rani: “Then let’s write down what is ready and what still needs work.” Dita: “Good idea. A finished title does not mean a finished notice.” Rani: “After the meeting, we can update the plan. We have made progress, but we still need someone to check the whole message.”

Describe progress precisely
“We have already checked the titles.” Already often appears between have/has and the participle. “We have not checked the dates yet.” Yet commonly appears at the end in negatives and questions: “Have you checked the dates yet?” Ini pola fokus latihan, bukan satu-satunya penggunaan semua kata tersebut.
Completed does not mean complete
One part can be finished while the whole project is unfinished. Model dialogue: “Have you finished the report?” “Not yet. I have written the first paragraph, but I haven’t checked the sources.” Jawaban ini lebih jelas daripada “done” ketika masih ada tugas penting. Pisahkan status draf, pemeriksaan, dan publikasi.
Use follow-up questions
“Which part is ready?” “What do you still need?” “Would you like help with the dates?” Pertanyaan memudahkan kerja bersama tanpa mengejek kecepatan.
