Good afternoon. Today I will explain a small change to a model borrowing card. First, I will describe the problem. Then, I will show our revision and the question we still need to answer.
The old card had a code and a borrowing date, but it had no space for the return status. A reader could see when an item was borrowed, but not whether it was available again. We added a clearly labelled return-status box. We also moved the date away from the edge so that it would be easier to find.
We have checked the wording, but we have not tested the card with actual users yet. Our next question is: can a reader find the return status without help? If the supervisor agrees, we will conduct a small voluntary test. The card is a proposal, not an official record. Thank you. I am ready to hear your questions about the design and the planned test.

Give the listener a map
“Today I will explain our model borrowing system. First, I will describe the problem. Then, I will show the revised card.” Signposting memberi arah tanpa menjelaskan seluruh isi sekaligus.
